2026 Release Versions

v3.2.1 (January 15, 2026)

Version v3.2.1 introduces updates to the Registration and Sign-in, User Group, Product, Version, Batch, Factory, KMS, OnBoard Edge Service, and Programming Station features.

Feature CategoriesKey UpdatesDescriptionRelated Documents
Registration and Sign-inAdded Sign in with SSO and Self-Registration features
  • Sign in with SSO: Sign in to OBIS directly using your company's IdP account, without needing to remember a separate OBIS account
  • Self-Registration: Register with your company email address and automatically receive a default role, enabling quick access to your organization's tenant
Registration and Sign-in
User GroupAdded the User Group menu
  • User group management: Enables unified user management by organizing users into groups
  • Product permission assignment: Allows user groups to be added directly to a product, granting product access to all group members at once
Product
  • Splits the key and certificate resource package
  • Supports downloading product resource files
  • Added product archiving feature
  • Removed the Mark field when creating a product

Split the key and certificate resource package:
  • You need to add all certificates and keys used by the product to the corresponding resource packages in advance
  • The product's Resource Manager allows you to select the required certificates or keys from the resource packages within configuration items (such as Matter Config and Chip Config)

Download product resource files:
  • Product members can download uploaded files
  • Downloads are supported on the resource configuration page, including Firmware, CD files in Matter Config, files in Factory Data, Programming Scripts, Attachment Files, and Other Files

Product archiving feature:
  • Inactive products can be archived or unarchived, with their status clearly displayed in the product list. Archived or unarchived products can be quickly filtered
  • Archived products can't be edited (including information modification, resource configuration, version or batch creation, etc.), but programming of already created batches remains unaffected

Remove the Mark field from the product:
  • The Mark field is no longer required when creating a product and will no longer appear on the product page
  • For existing products, the Mark field will automatically be appended to the product name
VersionSupports tab switching, long names, mass production marking, and multi-select firmware addition
  • Tab switching: When creating a version, you can switch tabs to check other product information
  • Version name: Supports a length of 128 characters
  • Mass production mark: You can mark a version as Mass Production. This mark will then appear in the batch list
  • Firmware addition optimization:
    • Clicking Add displays a firmware list, supporting searching by filename or version
    • Supports multi-selection for adding firmware, improving operational efficiency
Product - Create a version
Batch
  • Supports tab switching, long names, and display of version mass-production information; simplifies factory selection and enables automatic script matching
  • Enhances batch and data synchronization status management, with a resynchronization feature
Batch optimization:
  • Tab switching: When creating a batch, you can switch tabs to check other product information
  • Batch name: Supports a length of 128 characters
  • Version information display: Displays whether a selected version is in mass production and its configuration region
  • Simplified factory selection: Only the factory needs to be selected; selecting a Factory Manager is no longer required
  • Automatic script matching: Automatically matches the programming script based on the chip configured for the selected version

Batch status optimization:
  • Batch status: Indicates the complete lifecycle of a batch, including Generating, Generated, Generate Failed, Running, Completed, Stopped, and Expired
  • Batch synchronization status: Indicates the status of batch data synchronization to the factory, including Waiting, Syncing, Sync Failed, Synced, and Deleted
  • Programming data synchronization status: Indicates the data synchronization status of batch programming, including No Records, Uploading, and Uploaded
  • Resynchronization feature: For batches that fail to synchronize (batch status is Generate Failed or batch synchronization status is Sync Failed), click Resync in the batch list to resend the batch to the factory
Product:
FactorySupports creating cloud factories
  • Cloud factory creation: Enables creating cloud factories in OBIS, including programming stations that support password or Identity U-Safe login
  • Cloud factory management: Allows management of cloud factory batches and programming station assignment in OBIS, including starting and stopping batches
Factory:
KMSAdded Complete, Download, and Archive options
  • Key creation: Select Complete to proceed with key creation
  • Key download: Supports downloading the public key for asymmetric keys
  • Key archiving: Allows archiving of inactive keys. Active keys are displayed first, while archived keys are hidden by default for easier daily management
KMS - Manage keys
OnBoard Edge Service
  • Added Factory, Batch, and Station menus
  • Supports multiple HSM U-Safes programming
  • Factory management: Supports factory management within OnBoard Edge Service, including batch management, programming station assignment, and programming station configuration
  • Multiple HSM U-Safes programming: The Edge-Service server can accommodate multiple HSM U-Safes, enhancing programming performance and concurrency
OnBoard Edge Service:
Programming Station
  • Added new login methods for cloud factories
  • Supports switching programming scripts and custom download paths
  • Added display and alerts for programming concurrent load
  • Cloud factory sign-in: Allows sign-in using password or Identity U-Safe
  • Local programming script management: Supports switching programming scripts and customizing the script download path
  • Programming concurrent load alerts:
    • The client displays real-time concurrent load in the bottom-left corner
    • When the load ≥ 90%, a warning is displayed; at 100% load, a high-load alert appears, facilitating operation and monitoring
